Thank you for your interest in Good Shepherd Child Development Center.  We are a Christian-based preschool, child care and day care facility. The center is operated by Good Shepherd Lutheran Church which is a ministry of Redeemer Lutheran Church.  Good Shepherd was developed to provide a Christian growth and development environment that faithfully teaches, nurtures and cares for families in the rapidly growing area of western Chesterfield County. 
 

 35 Year History of Care in the Community

We have demonstrated success in the ongoing operation in the early childhood education business for more than 35 years at our Redeemer Campus.  We look forward to growing with the families in western Chesterfield and caring for the youngest citizens of our community in our facility built specifically for the needs of children.

We welcome individuals of all races, creeds and national origins to come together for the common good of the child.  We promote learning in an environment of love, acceptance, discovery and exploration.  Our Goal is to help children learn and develop by providing a rich environment and teachers who know how to encourage a child’s curiosity, self-confidence and creativity.
  

Full-Service Childcare Family Needs

We are a full-service Christian-based child development center committed to helping children develop to their highest potential in physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual growth.  We have child care programs for infant and toddlers, preschoolers and children in elementary school.  The center operates Monday through Friday year round from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. offering different options for families’ needs.
